Ms. K. Perkowski called in to let us know how pleased she was with her experience at On Time as a whole. She was impressed with our competitive pricing as well as how pleasant the transition was. She informed us that she worked with Steven A. in Customer Care who helped schedule her mother's trip and Chas V. in Billing who provided the cost of transport as well as receipts. Furthermore, she went on to say that the driver who transported her mother was very sweet, and patient, making an overall a great experience from start to finish!
Congratulations to On Time Transportation on their 25th anniversary. It is of no surprise to me that you have achieved this milestone. Your service goes above and beyond any I could have imagined. I never had to worry about my husband’s transportation. On Time Transportation took my husband Bob to and from dialysis three times a week for over a year and a half, right up until his passing. As your name states, you were always on time!!! Whenever we needed a special request (time change, etc.) I called Jean from customer care and was treated with extreme courtesy, she handled this most efficiently. The way your men treated Bob with such kindness and respect was incredible. Bob knew every one of their names and they became friends. Bob was even able to take a cruise with the help of On Time. They took us to the ship and greeted us when we returned and brought us home safely. I will always be grateful to On Time for making Bob’s last few years a little easier for both us.
Our first experience with On Time Transport and it was excellent. Maria was so kind and caring in arranging the trip for my parents from PA to NJ. Her communication skills are exceptional. She went above and beyond to coordinate the plan for a seamless trip for my parents. She understands the emotional time our family is going through.
The transport arrived on time and the driver was professional, very courteous, personable and careful with getting my parents situated in their wheelchairs on the van. They left in a timely manner and arrived at their destination with no problems incurred.
On Transport vans are in excellent condition. Like new and kept very clean.

Your company recently provided transport for my wife to numerous doctor appointments from Marlton Rehab Hospital. I just want to say that I used your service for the first time yesterday to transport my father from his home to Clara Maass Wound care center. The two EMT's were Joe Fagan and Sal Sperandeo. They took such delicate care of my dad because of his wound issues. They were gentle, respectful, caring and very safe drivers. My father was extremely happy with how they took care of him. I can safely say that OnTime Medical Transport is our new service provider from here on out.

This was my first experience using On Time Transport, to take my elderly oxygen dependent mom to a doctor's appointment. Everyone was kind, professional and helpful from Steve the customer service/dispatch person who was warm, caring and had a great sense of humor, to Shem our driver who was kind, compassionate and enjoyed sharing a few laughs with my mom. I highly would recommend them and would use them again!

I am a Senior Citizen, living at a facility for the past 17 years, and I have on occasion used On Time transport. However, for the past year I have used On Time’s transportation quite extensively, and I had to write to the powers that be at On Time about how wonderful the staff is. They are courteous, thoughtful, kind, and make a very trying situation bearable. On Time’s staff is doing a great job and I really appreciate them.
It's always a pleasure to acknowledge excellence in services received from a firm one has done business with, and I wanted to commend your manager, Robyn Miller, in this regard. Robyn has been just great over the past several months in helping me deal with a complicated insurance claim situation, involving my late mom's multi-leg transport from her home in Florida to a nursing home in NJ.
Through probably a dozen phone calls and even more emails, Robyn has been patient and professional, and gone way beyond the call of duty in the amount of time she has spent responding to my questions and helping to bring the issue toward closure.
During the time I've spent as executor settling my mother's estate, I've had to deal with dozens of representatives and agents from banks, insurance firms, medical providers and so on, and not always with great pleasure, I can assure you. Folks don't return calls, fail to follow through with what they commit to, etc. Robyn has been a notable exception to all that and really deserves to be called out for her reliability and excellence in service provided. She's a great employee and a real asset to your firm!
