I have been with the company since 2015. My old company Amcare was acquired by OnTime. Its been a fun ride so far. I had the opportunity to meet great people who works together as a team . Its a great place to work and I am looking forward to growing with the company
I have been in the healthcare field for the past 38 years, I’ve had opportunities to work in many areas. As 911 EMS, and EMT, and a paramedic, then as a nurse in the emergency room level 1 trauma and the cardiac cath lab. Having said this I see all sides of the SCTU/BLS transport service. I am very happy to be part of the on time team. On Time provides the staff with monthly in services and quality equipment that allows us to provide high level quality care to our clients.
I am very proud to say that I was the first female driver hired by On Time in 1990. I left briefly for school but came back in 1994. I have held many different roles throughout my 20+ years, including driver, accounts payable, payroll, office support, Customer Service and Billing. Currently, I am the Director of Customer Care. Daily we hear from patients and their families about how we as a company have been able to impact their lives in a positive way. Very little can compare to that kind of feedback. We take a great deal of pride in doing our jobs well and ensuring that our patients get the safest, most cost effective transport each and every time. I am lucky enough to say that I have worked with many of the same people for 10 years and more, some even longer. Over that time it has been an honor to watch my coworkers grow and develop, some taking on even more challenging roles within the company. We all feel very deeply that taking care of our patients is the key to our success.
Where do I begin? On Time is great. The equipment is up to date, the people are friendly and welcoming. I just became an EMT about a couple months ago, and I am glad I was introduced to On Time. I have obtained the proper training and am continuing to improve as a person and as an EMT, thanks to On Time! Love it!
I really enjoy visiting our facilities and making our patients happy when they pet me. I am lucky to be working at On Time since I love the people here and love my job.
I can honestly say that having worked in this industry for over 15 years and for other transport companies that this is the most professional, courteous and happy place that I have worked. Everyone strives to give our patients and their families the best quality of care and the most positive experience that they can have. I am pleased and proud to be a part of something this great. We joke but it's true that every day is a good day to be at On Time!
As someone who has had four orthopedic surgeries and three periods of physical therapy in my lifetime, I have been able to relate and empathize with clients that are dealing with the pain and uncertainty of their injuries and rehabilitation. There have been several occasions where I have offered support and encouragement to clients.
I have also transported many special needs children, and kids with home life issues. As a musician, I have performed at various children’s facilities, both voluntary ad through grants. Overall, I feel fortunate to have a job where I have a sense of purpose.
I used to work for another company, but now I am with On Time. I am more satisfied and confident with On Time. They gave me more respect and a sense of job security. On Time is well organized and professionally oriented.
I’ve been with On Time for a little over 2 years, and I like to think that I’m a good example of somebody who has moved up in the company. I was hired as an Administrative Assistant in January of 2013. From there, I quickly made my way to an HR assistant, learned Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and now am a Supervisor of Special Projects and Executive Support to the company. On Time has given me the opportunity to learn and grow which is something that is hard to find.
I've been with the company since 1996. My experience working at On Time has been great. I really enjoy working with the people and talking to the case managers. I have built quite a relationship with them over the years. It's a delight talking to the clients over the phone and taking care of their transportation needs. It gives me such great joy when they call and they can tell when I'm smiling through the phone. They know that I'm putting their needs first.
My tenure while working at On Time has been extremely rewarding personally and professionally. While I have been successful in moving up within the company from EMT to Equipment Coordinator, to Dispatcher, to Scheduling Manager, I still love getting out and interacting with the clients and patients as often as possible. Throughout my time, I have met many amazing customers and patients who genuinely appreciate the top notch service On Time provides. I have learned many people's stories and been privileged to meet many people from all different walks of life.
In 1990 I started On Time with one station wagon and two wheelchair vans in my mother's basement. During our 25 years I have worked with some amazing people who put their hearts and souls into making On Time one of the premier medical transportation companies in the tri-state area. I can't thank them enough, and am truly lucky to still have many dedicated employees, who work hard each and every day, in what has become a much tougher business.
I've been with On Time for over a year and it has been a great experience because I have learned so much about being helpful to others, being a better and safer driver, and caring more about the children I work with. I enjoy coming here everyday because helping others is rewarding and it helps me feel great about what I do.
I have been with On Time for 5 years now. I began working as an EMT in a satellite office, and am currently managing a challenging and dynamic department that is critical to the success of the company. On Time’s friendly atmosphere, career development, and growth potential are very attractive qualities that make it a great place to work.
ON TIME has given me the opportunity to meet some really nice people and develop friendships along the way. It truly is a "family" environment.
I have been with the company for almost 18 years, and it's the people I work with that make a difference in my day. We are very supportive of each other, and always come through a hectic moment with a smile.
I was hired as a dispatcher in 1993. I can say that On Time holds to its philosophy of promoting from within. I became a supervisor in 1999 and obtained my EMT certification through the company in 2002. Today I am happy to be part of a management team that strives for excellence in mobility assistance. The On Time team works hard at maintaining customer satisfaction and employee retention. I feel it’s a company where hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded.
Since I have been with On Time it has been a pleasure working here and the children that I monitor. I enjoy working with all of the kids that I have had through my time here.
I have been a nurse for On Time for over a year now, I enjoy the people I work with. The job is challenging and enjoyable.
I have been an employee since March I cant thank on time management enough for bringing me on. The company is very family oriented and encourages you to do more with the company. I currently work out of the Freehold Satellite Office. Ive been an EMT for 10 years I look forward to many more years with On Time
On Time Ambulance is a great company to work for. The orientation was fantastic and the equipment is the best I have ever seen. I can truly say my back is saved from what I was use to working with. Power cots, power chairs, and great management makes my job very easy. I am so happy to work here. Looking for to working here for many years.
I certainly have been with On Time since the beginning. I've watched my son and his hard working caring employees (especially Susan ) grow the company to the professional transportation company it is today. I used the service of On Time when I was a nurse case manager and always was secure they would do a good job. The feedback I would get from my patients was always very positive. I started working for On Time in 1997 ( it was supposed to be part time ) and now 18 yrs. later I can say I've thoroughly enjoyed all my different positions at the company. I've always had an outside position, Manager of Business Developement, Quality Assurance Manager, and now Pet therapy and the best part is seeing our great staff doing their job in the field and hearing the praise from all the patients we transport. It's a great place to work and I'm proud to be a part of it .
I will always be thankful for the opportunity given to me to make a difference in people's lives be it to encourage or be encouraged or to just have a conversation with someone who allows me to listen to all their years of wisdom and be the better for it. Making transportation arrangements for all those in need is one of the most rewarding things that I can do.
I have worked with On Time for well over 10 years and from the staff to the vehicles everything is professional and organized. The staff are compassionate and they go above and beyond for their patients. On Time is impressive in every area from Dispatch to it's Specialty Care Transport Team all professionals with the clinical experience to ensure the best pre-hospital care.
