Our on-site training facility provides the professional atmosphere that is key in training new employees. Our orientation and training program is one of the best in the medical transportation industry. Each new employee begins with basic skills assessment and a full understanding of our company policies and procedures. Whether you are a new EMT or a driver with several years of experience, we will give you the knowledge and tools necessary for you to succeed.

As an employee of On Time you will be eligible for free on-site continuing education credit (CEU) training. The following is a list of some of the courses available:

Field Supervision

Our Field Training Supervisors think proactively and provide our field personnel the supervision, training, and assistance they need in order to minimize problems and give exceptional service. Field Training Officers conduct random driver performance observations and are specifically responsible for supporting field operations and overseeing the direct quality of patient care on site.

All On Time employees have undergone training regarding the HIPAA guidelines.

On Time Special Standards And Certifications

All of our drivers receive certifications in Defensive Driving, Emergency Vehicle Operators Certificate, child safety restraint systems using the Safe Kids Worldwide system, a certification in Oxygen administration and more!
