  • I am very proud to say that I was the first female driver hired by On Time in 1990. I left briefly for school but came back in 1994. I have held many different roles throughout my 20+ years, including driver, accounts payable, payroll, office support, Customer Service and Billing. Currently, I am the Director of Customer Care. Daily we hear from patients and their families about how we as a company have been able to impact their lives in a positive way. Very little can compare to that kind of feedback. We take a great deal of pride in doing our jobs well and ensuring that our patients get the safest, most cost effective transport each and every time. I am lucky enough to say that I have worked with many of the same people for 10 years and more, some even longer. Over that time it has been an honor to watch my coworkers grow and develop, some taking on even more challenging roles within the company.
