Heartsaver Adult/Child/Infant CPR & AED
A modular program designed to teach CPR and relief of foreign body airway obstruction for adults, children and infants. Includes instruction on Defibrillation for Adults & Children, barrier devices, the causes of injuries, and cardio-pulmonary arrest in children. Specifically designed for lay rescuers whose job requires a credential documenting successful completion of a written evaluation and successful skills performance. (ie: security guards, childcare professionals, preschool workers).

BLS for Healthcare Provider: This course is designed to meet the needs of healthcare professionals who respond to cardiac and respiratory emergencies. Course content includes adult one and two rescuer CPR, pediatric CPR, foreign body airway obstruction and use of barrier devices. Automated external defibrillation is now a core component. Healthcare providers, such as physicians, therapists, nurses, EMT’s and other professionals whose job requires completion of a written evaluation and successful skills performance. Defensive Driving Course 6: The defensive driving course is six hour comprehensive awareness course covering road hazards, following distances, braking effectiveness and other common driving issues. In NJ, the defensive driving course (DDC) has been approved for a 2 point reduction on your DMV license and a 5% discount on personal insurance premiums. This discount is good for three years. It is also worth 6 elective EMT CEU's. |
CORE 13 EMT Refresher This program is a combination of CORE’s 1-12 in one extended program. It’s is commonly called “EMT Refresher” as it awards all needed 24 CORE CEU’s. it covers all the core lecture and skills topics of EMT Basic such as introductory topics, airway, PT assessment, obstetrics and pediatrics, medical and trauma cases. |
CEVO Ambulance: This is the National Safety Council's Coaching the Emergency Vehicle Operator program. It discusses common ambulance operations, driving under lights and sirens, and EMS accident avoidance. This program is good for 8 elective EMT CEU's. |
