| Q. Do the On Time Companies provide transportation out of state? A. Yes, we do. We have gone as far as Canada with only four hours notice. |

| Q. How far in advance should a trip be scheduled? A. As soon as the individual/ordering facility has complete trip information. We will make every attempt to provide last minute transportation, and usually same day trips can be accommodated. Trips can be scheduled up to a year in advance. |

| Q. What are your hours of operation? A. The On Time Companies are open for scheduling and service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

| Q. Are there additional charges for the use of equipment? A. No, we will provide all the necessary equipment to make each client's transport a safe and comfortable one. |
